FAMILY SERVICE WINDSOR Outreach Counseling

Every Monday

A counselor is onsite for private appointments to assist you in coping with life.
10:00 am to 10:30 am is a facilitated group discussion.

ART ABILITY

9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

DROP IN - Get creative with various paint techniques – explore colour and express

yourself.

CRAFTY CORNER

DROP IN - The activity will change each week and will be decided by those attending.

MINDFUL MONDAYS

1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Drop in for the afternoon for a peaceful quiet few hours and learn about various

relaxation techniques like yoga, deep breathing and meditation.

TUESDAYS

CARD & BOARD GAMES

9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Drop in every Tuesday to enjoy Euchre or Poker or Checkers or Connect 4.

NEEDLE GROUP

9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Whether it is knitting needles, crochet hook or a loom, join us in creating needle projects. Supplies are provided.
