AODA

AODA is made up for five standards including;

• Customer Service Standard
• Information and Communication Standard
• Employment Standard
• Transportation Standard
• Design of Public Spaces Standard

ALSO makes every effort to meet and exceed these standards whenever possible. Our website meets the double A standard as of 2020. Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario will provide, on request, information in an accessible format or with communication supports to people with disabilities, in a manner that takes into account their disability.
