Leigh Vachon, Executive Director
Leigh is very grateful and humbled to lead this extraordinary organization.
She is a long-term resident of the Windsor area. She previously held the Director of Strategy, Enhanced Services, and Partnership Development at ALSO. Leigh also served 8 years on a Board of Directors for ALSO before joining the organization.
Leigh brings a deep understanding of ALSO and the people ALSO services, along with the challenges faced in the non-profit sector. Her strong record of advocacy along with her ability to engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Board members, Staff, and Clients speaks to her steadfast integrity.
Before ALSO, Leigh was the Executive Director for Victoria Manor for almost twenty years helping people who struggle to reside in for-profit supportive housing.
While at home, Leigh enjoys spending time with her husband John-Marc, daughter Chase and mother Janice, as well as her two cats.

Leo Muzzatti is the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario, where he has managed Human Resources and other endeavours since 2009. He received a Bachelor of Laws in 1983 and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor in 2005.
Tracey Crow

Tracey Crow is an experienced manager within the community service sector. She is currently the Director of Service at Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario. You can find Tracey providing overall direction for Ontario Health funded Neighborhoods of Care programs including eligibility, assessment, reporting and quality. Tracey is passionate about ensuring that ALSO services promotes independent living through client choice and control.
When she is not at work, Tracey enjoys time spent with family including her husband Darrin, teenagers Seth and Mia, Molly the labradoodle and Pixie the cat.
Kelly O’Toole

Kelly O’Toole is the Director of Operations at Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario. She oversees the organization’s day-to-day activities, optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service quality. As the bilingual Director at ALSO, she is connecting French-speaking communities to gain access to quality in-home care services. Overall management of Occupational Health and Safety and IPAC.
She leads the development and operational oversight of the supportive housing programs Chez Nous, Sandwich, Monarch, Longfellow, and Chateau Masson that support individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, addiction, physical disabilities, and ABI in Windsor/Essex County. Collaborating with St. Elizabeth, providing Palliative Care beds for Journey Homes at our Sandwich location for end-of-life.
A believer in the power of technology, Kelly is leading her team in a creative direction and fostering a culture of innovation. Implementing new technologies and processes to maintain a competitive edge.
Nicole Bussieres
Nicole Bussieres is the Administrative Controller focusing on connecting the five key organizational pillars of Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Engagement and Service and acts as the Risk Management Officer assessing, identifying, and mitigating risks that could impede the organization.
Nicole has over 10 years of management experience specializing in employee engagement and process improvement with a strong background in the medical and insurance fields along with knowledge in client relations, finance, and human resources.
Nicole is born and raised in Windsor Ontario so has a strong passion for our community.
When she is not at work, Nicole enjoys spending her time on the water rowing.
