Supportive Housing

Supportive Housing offers 24-hour on-site access to personal support within accessible, rent-subsidized apartment settings for individuals with permanent physical disabilities. This option is perfect for those who require consistent support beyond occasional visitations.

We work closely with each resident to create personalized service plans that address their unique needs. Plans are based on individual requirements and include scheduled visits. In addition, residents have access to support outside of their prearranged visits when necessary.

All services are non-medical, and clients maintain control over their care, with the expectation that they remain safe between appointments. Most residents require more than three hours of support daily, often split into multiple shorter visits throughout the day.
